Dear Colleagues,
We want to bring to your attention an important matter regarding a Foreign Assistance Review – Organizational Assessment survey. Federal agencies, including USAID, CDC, and OMB, have been contacting a variety of people at universities to complete this survey.
If anyone at Lehigh receives such a request, the University—not individual researchers or departments—must complete the assessment. The Office of the Vice Provost for Research and the Office of the General Counsel will handle this process on behalf of the institution.
If you receive a request to complete this or any other federal survey, please do not respond. Instead, notify Cynthia Kane and your Contracts and Grants Specialist immediately.
