Lehigh has adopted the Export Control Compliance Manual (ECM) to support implementation of its Export Control Policy and to ensure fulfillment of both of these commitments. This Manual assists researchers and administrators in maintaining compliance with export controls requirements by (1) identifying impacted policies and procedures, and (2) establishing roles and responsibilities related to export control compliance.
